Purchases made on our site, like all remote purchases by telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside our business premises, are protected by Legislative Decree 206/05, which provides for the possibility for the final consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal. He can exercise this right within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the goods: it consists in the right to return the purchased goods to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, with the relative reimbursement of the purchase price.
